In this short film, we hear from some of our apprentices who are already on their way to becoming engineers, construction managers and surveyors, each bringing fresh ideas and energy to the projects they work on.
We are also proud to continue supporting the Level 2 Groundworker Apprenticeship we helped establish with the Civil Engineering Training Centre at South Hampshire College Group. This programme has opened the door for many more people to begin their careers in construction and develop the skills our industry needs for the future.
We hope this film inspires others to consider the varied, rewarding and purposeful careers available in construction.
