Since joining the framework our team has won accolades from DCWW for the quality of their delivery.

Manhole renewal in the River Afan.
This framework represents a radical change in procurement policy by DCWW, which involves the contractor at ECI stage and in developing the design.
The framework is intended to address a range of critical aspects related to water supply, waste management and environmental sustainability across Wales.
The extensive scope includes the maintenance and enhancement of clean and wastewater infrastructure, flood and pollution control, climate change adaptation and carbon emissions reduction.
Outcome
All works under the framework are allocated on a collaborative ECI basis.
One example being Foelgastell Flood Alleviation, which involves the rehabilitation of a sewer and provision of additional piped storage to prevent flooding of residential properties in Foelgastell in Camarthenshire.
The works include installation of a large 1200mm diameter offline gravity-fed storage tank.
This project was awarded at IDP3 stage (detailed design), for which we completed the design phase before starting construction work.
